1. What are the popular flowers for the Japanese girl birthday?

We have roses, birth flower, etc. Roses are globally popular among women. Many of our customers add a selection of chocolate or teddy bears as a side gift.

Stuffed animals are also popular among young generations up to their 30's. About 50% of customers add sweets on top of flowers or sparkling juice.

3. Can I enclose my personal message together?

Yes. You can enclose your personal message on a card with a max. 20 words (there is word limitation under Japanese postal regulation. Long message might be shortened by us when exceeding the limit.) We are sorry that we can’t accept the message in other languages but English (because we only have English-speaking staff).

4. Can I deliver flowers & gifts anywhere in Japan?

Yes, except for some isolated islands and parts.

5. My recipient is an English speaker who doesn’t speak Japanese.

Yes. Before the delivery, our English speaking staff will try calling the recipient to check the address and ensure she will be home to accept the delivery.

6. My recipient is living alone and works in the daytime. What time in the evening can you deliver gifts? What happens if my recipient is not home?

You can give us your time frame request, 18:00-20:00 or 20:00-21:00 (Japan Standard Time). In case the recipient is not home, we’ll leave a notice of non-delivery for the recipient. The recipient can call to make an arrangement for delivery.

7. I carelessly forgot our wedding anniversary was TODAY!! Can you deliver the gifts to my wife today?

We are sorry. We will try to improve and expand our services to answer such a request in the near future. However, if you make a note on the “comment” field on your order form, we will try our best to deliver asap (we can’t guarantee today’s delivery at any rate).

8. I often send flowers, but sometimes they die shortly. I really want to send fresh ones. Can I be assured?

Yes. Our flowers are freshly cut and delivered directly from our associated flower farmers. We guarantee you the freshness (in the summertime, we use cool-temperature delivery service, for example). All our items come with a letter of guarantee for quality & freshness, flower food, and an instruction book. In addition, Just in case the flowers died or wither in 3 days from the delivery day, we will deliver the replaced fresh item for free.

9. Can you send the flowers to the U.S. military base in Japan?

Yes. We have a lot of orders for the U.S. base. Please do not forget to write the name of the base, name, and a number of the bldg, and telephone number ( e.g. Base Okinawa tel: 6117-XXXXXX). No need to write the address of the base or unit.

10. I’m not sure my recipient’s address and phone number are correct. Can you accept this order?

Yes, we will try our best. With the information you have, we will search for the correct address, name, telephone number in our own way. And if we couldn’t, we will get back to you.

11. Can you send gifts to overseas from Japan?

No. We are afraid we can not accept the request to deliver the gifts to overseas from Japan.
